Dr. Seely primarily treats patients with injection procedures aided by fluoroscopy, such as intermittent X-rays and ultrasound, to deliver medications to the pain source without affecting the rest of the body. Dr. Seely also has a special interest in the use of neuromodulation (spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation) to help patients who have failed multiple treatments modalities, often including surgery.
Dr. Seely holds multiple professional memberships, including the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience, Spine Intervention Society, North American Neuromodulation Society, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the Society of Pain Medicine Practice Management. He is also certified in Basic Life Support.
When Dr. Seely is not treating patients, he is devoted to his wife Mary Tait and their three young children. He enjoys the outdoors and will be either in the woods during hunting season or on the river in the summer. Besides being outdoors, he is an active practitioner of Muay Thai and a former powerlifter.
