Courtney began her nursing career in 2013 and has held positions as both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator, accumulating valuable expertise in nursing care. She joined West Tennessee Bone & Joint Clinic in 2024, where she is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care where she will be treating patients under the expertise of Dr. Eric Homberg in the Interventional Pain Management department.

Courtney holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty from Union University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) and serves as a medication administration educator for DCS/Camelot.
