Courtney began her nursing career in 2013 and has held positions as both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator, accumulating valuable expertise in nursing care. Courtney holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty from Union University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University.
