Dr. Stan Ragon brings orthopedic care to Trenton

W. Stan Ragon, Jr., M.D., is seeing patients in Trenton at Christian Family Medicine, 2017 S. College St.

Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Ragon joined West Tennessee Bone & Joint Clinic in August 2015. He is based in the main clinic in Jackson and also treats patients in Bolivar.

He specializes in general orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, arthroscopy, general hand surgery and joint replacement and reconstruction.

Prior to joining West Tennessee Bone & Joint Clinic, Dr. Ragon spent four years on active duty with the U.S. Navy. He completed his residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Chattanooga and served as chief resident in 2011.

Dr. Ragon completed medical school with high honors at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis in 2006 and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2001. He grew up in Jackson and was valedictorian of the class of 1997 at Jackson Christian.
