Stepping into the role of Interim CEO is Chip Anderson, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in orthopedic practice administration, including the last 10 years with WTBJI. Chip brings a deep understanding of the institute’s operations and a strong commitment to its values.

“I knew Donna before I even started with WTBJI. She was always such a wealth of knowledge and so easy to talk to,” Chip shared. “I am honored that the physicians think enough of me to take on the role of my mentor for so many years. The landscape of orthopedics is ever-changing, both internally and with advances in patient care. I look forward to making sure WTBJI is at the forefront of bringing that to West Tennessee. I am lucky to come to work every day with an amazing group of providers and employees that work to make a difference in patients’ lives.”
